Description: This Roto Grind 1090 will process up to 15 bales per hour, and is a terrific machine! It is the only wet product grinder on the market. 180 HP is recommended, and it is ready for calcium hydroxide with two 2 water bungees on the hammer mill. It features a hay assist bar, heavy-duty tires, electronic governor, 5 adjustable shear plates to control the fineness of the grind, no screens, and a 10 mill with 26 hammers. The 1090 weighs 4,000 pounds, is 86 tall, and the tub speed is 0 to 90 RPM. With dry material, it should produce an average of 35 tons per hour, but this can vary from 20 to 60 tons per hour. Optional hydraulic tilts for the spout and grain hoods to crack or grind grain are also available. We have a full service shop and a large parts supply.
