The ballistic separator guarantees to your treatment and recovery of waste treatment facility a high capacity and exceptional separation in the process of recovery stream of recyclable materials.
The advantage of the ballistic separator WLS is the division of the mixed material input into two streams according to their physical characteristics.
The basic structure of the ballistic separator WLS is, to the entire length, in highly durable sheet steel. The WLS separator [standard] machine consists of six screening elements. The transmission of each screening element - perforated and tilted - takes place by means of a crankshaft. During operation of the crankshafts, the elements for the sifting move in a circular direction. The material fed to the separator WLS is moved upward or downward depending on their physical characteristics.
The ballistic separator WLS separates the incoming mixed materials in a single operation and with high precision in three fractions according to the following characteristics:
heavy / light material materials;
material thin flat / round-solid material;
big / small material material.
