INFORMATION
Septic vehicle dedicated for extraction and transportation of liquid waste. The extraction is being inducted by underpressure created by a heavy duty compressor while flushing of the waste can be conducted by pressurization of the tank. The tank can be also emptied by tilting (tipping).
This type of body is being fitted on chassis like MAN, IVECO, DAF, Volvo, Mercedes, Scania and Renault
TANK
The truck is fitted with a carbon or stainless steel tank. The capacity of the tank varies from 3 to 12 m3.
The tank is being fitted on the chassis but it can also interact with a hooklift system.
The rear tank hatch can be solid, manually or hydraulically opened.
VACUUM SYSTEM
The vacuum system is composed of an air or liquid cooled compressor of 1000 m3/h flow and work range from -0,85 to 0,5 bar.
The compressor is protected against flood back and slugging by special valves and has a low noise emission level.
