The kingvac 9000 is an Industrial Vacuum Loader which boast more airflow and higher vacuum than anything in its class.
It is capable of Vacuuming wet / or dry material without any changeover procedure.
The kingvac 9000 vacuum truck utilises a Robuschi 5300CFM tri lobe positive displacement pump to create an air speed of 5300cfm. a 6" suction hose will ensure little to no blockages occur.
The vacuum pump runs direct drive through the gearbox, transfer box and tail shaft.
Fitted with a Kingvac muffler to reduce pump exhaust noise.
The debris tank has a 10,000 litre capacity, it is fitted with hydraulic rams and a vibrator to assist in emptying tank.
The Kingvac 9000 has 3 stages of filtration.
Rubber curtains hang in the debris tank and slows down airborne product, so that it falls to the bottom of the debris tank.
Twin cyclones that separate the dust and air with centrifugal force by spinning it in a cyclonic motion.
The bag house which contains 24 filters with a fine filter element which separates the dust that escapes from the first two stages using reverse pulse technology to ensure the filters stay clean.
The debris tank is also fitted with a ball float to prevent carry over of liquids.
