N.Q Trading is now taking orders for quality livable prefabricated multi- purpose buildings - BRAND NEW. They are perfect for Site offices, dongas, smoko rooms / crib huts and granny flats. The relocatable buildings are 6m x 2.4m x 2.6m with container style roof and base which makes for a strong durable building as well as making transport easy with forklift loading. The building is manufactured to a standard sized 20ft container for easy transport and has container corners so that they can be easily and cheaply transported on a tilt truck or standard container truck. Also because of the steel frame they can be stacked 2 or more high or can be joined together to make a bigger building of unlimited size. The walls are constructed of sandwich panel and very easy to clean and maintain. The buildings come complete with lights, switches. Power points, security doors and windows ready to go. As well as this base model we also have other options available ready to go as listed below

- Single bedroom with separate bathroom inc toilet / shower & basin
- 2 room offices
- Granny flat / Small home inc single bedroom, lounge / living area kitchen area separate bathroom ( 6m x 4.8m ) = 2 dongas together
