  • Attachment Evaluation Dozer Blade Evaluation Machine Manufacturer: Caterpillar Machine Model: D8R Machine #: 3815 Machine Serial Number: 7XM04571 Stock Number: 179333 Blade Inorfmation Type of Blade (Straight, Semi-U, Full-U, Angling, etc…): Semi-U Blade Width: 13 feet Blade Height: Moldboard height is approximately 64 inches and the overall height is 96 inches. Blade Manufacturer: Caterpillar Blade Notes Condition of Pin Holes/Trunnion Ball Sockets: The lower pin holes on the back of the moldboard where the push arm blocks pin to it, have a lot of wear. Condition of Moldboard (note the amount of wear back towards all cutting edge & corner bit bolt holes): The bottom of the moldboard has a lot of wear. The wear is very close to the bolt holes for the cutting edge bolts. Condition of Cutting Edges/Corner Bits: All of the cutting edges and corner bits are brand new. Condition of Blade Arms/Angling Frame/Struts: The trunnion ball sockets on the end of each push arm, has some wear. All of the pin bushings also have some wear. Condition of any Hydraulic Cylinders (Tilt, Angling, etc.): The tilt cylinder has been resealed and has new bushings. Repairs/Modifications: The blade face has been replated. Cracks/Damage: None found. Other (Tag Info, etc.): Some of the pins are missing and the existing pins have wear. The are no bolts for the cutting edges.
