DEMO MODEL JCI 6204QFPM HORIZONTAL SCREENING PLANT (P151860) with approx.
500 hours worked.

6204-32QF 4-DECK HORIZONTAL SCREEN PLANT - Includes motor mount, v-belt drive, belt guard, 40HP WEG TEFC electric motor at 1200 RPM, AR lined feed box and discharge lips. Single crown decks with draw plates and fasteners for side tension screen cloth.

TANDEM AXLE CHASSIS - Heavy duty main frame beams, Hutch 9700 series suspension, 22,500# axles, 11:00 x 22.5 tires, stationary cribbing supports, fifth wheel plate, air brakes, lights, mudflaps and safety guards.

60" (1500mm) UNDER SCREEN CONVEYOR - 10 HP TEFC electric motor, lagged head pulley, self-cleaning wing tail pulley, Dodge reducer and SCM bearings, CEMA C sealed idlers, grade 2 - 3 ply belt with mechanical splice.

UNDER SCREEN HOPPER - 3/16" hopper walls with 3/16" AR liner, adjustable skirtboard wipers.

WALKWAYS AND PLATFORM - 24" (600mm) fold down walkways both sides of screen and 36" (900mm) back platform, diamond plate walkways, 4" (100mm) toe boards, 42" (1050mm) solid handrails and access ladder.

DISCHARGE CHUTES - AR lined products discharge chutes. Straight chutes, one for each deck.

(2) 24" x 10' (600 x 3000mm) CROSS CONVEYORS - 5HP TEFC motor with v-belt drive. One for bottom deck retained and one for lower centre deck retained product.
