This unit is mounted on 4 wheels that you will pull behind a skid steer or tractor or loader. It also has a track that allows it to move from left to right. It has a hopper on it that you will put your stabilizer chemicals into, that will evenly disperse onto the ground. To buy this unit new from Allen engineering it will cost between $24,000 and $25,000 we have included a few pages from the manufacture to give you an idea how it works. We are missing one of the wheels. It does come with a nice hydraulic drive motor
