Description
Our new innovation of an easy and 'fit for purpose' operational water well and exploration drilling rig was constructed on 30 years of drilling experience in difficult environments. This drilling rig is engineered and constructed in Germany by internationally operating German mechanical and drilling engineers.

It has proven its capacities for clients in challenging countries like Germany, Holland, Congo, South Sudan, Tanzania, Guinea and has proven its capacities in the field.
(I.ex. South Sudan for emergency water supply in refugee camps for diff. NGO's, where a normal road access wasn't possible, the rig was shipped by traditional boats or by helicopter into the target areas to respond to the water scarcity suffering population.
It can drill easily 100m in a day (12 hrs) in hard-rock, sedimentary or unconsolidated rock formations (depending on the driller and its equipment) with an external drilling diameter of 8". The maximum depth is 160m, which can The rig is newly built and has a delivery time of 2 weeks FOB.
The rig can drill with a max. diameter of 12.1/4" and has a max. drilling depth of 160m.
It is built based on a plug & play system, to respond on different geological requirements (compressor, triplex pump. coring winch etc.) and to be fixed easily and fast without major changes to the rig its design. The drilling rig is easy to handle and operate with low a leveled automatic systems, except for RPM (revolutions per minute) and WOB (weight on bit) and HSE -reasons (emergency stop etc.). It has an inclinable rotary-head topdrive (specially designed to prevent plagiarism), an auxiliary winch (1,0-ton hook-load) can be added after request. The mast its length is 3,0m for operational 2,0 m drillpipe length, but can be also extended after a request for 3,0m drillpipe length. The mud pump, the top drive, clamp system and drill-pipe break-off unit are not shown in the pictures attached.
