The Maximus 512 Mobile Tracked Screening Plant is a rugged, heavy duty machine designed for the Recycling and Aggregate industries. It can be used across a wide range of applications and has proven successful in fine sand screening, coal, gravel, top soil, aggregates and crusher circuits.

/ Class leading 9.2 m3 Feeder capacity - fitted with a remote control hydraulic tipping grid with 100mm grizzly bars as standard (150mm are available).
/ The Maximus 512 can be fed by loading shovel, excavator or directly from a crusher circuit when fitted with optional crusher chute.
/ The feeder and main conveyor are fitted with heavy-duty belts and wing rollers.
/ The feed conveyor has variable speed control to maximise the feed to the main conveyor and in turn to the screen.
/ Both side conveyors have individual variable control with a discharge height of 5m.
