888cse has carried out a complete rebuild of this Terex Pegson Maxtrak 1000 Cone crusher including the following;
- Unit has been completely stripped down and repainted.
- Install of a brand new (Unused) Cat C9 engine with 0 (Zero) Hours.
- Fully rebuilt cone crusher with all new bearings, new rotary seal ring, all mating surfaces rebuilt and re-machined to OEM specifications. New upper frame and new 22% Manganese Liners installed.
- Unit is fitted with High Quality SALT Running Gear (Sealed And Lubricated Tracks) which are higher than OEM specification. All Pads and track chains are in excellent condition.
- New Conveyor Belts on both feeder and main conveyor.
- New Conveyor Rollers where required.
- New Bearings on all conveyors.
- Control system and hydraulics fully tested and repaired / replaced where required.
- Metal detector on feeder belt to cone in good working order.
- All other items checked and repaired/replaced where required.
This Pegson 1000 Maxtrak cone crusher is offered with a 6 month parts warranty on all items Australia-wide. (Terms and conditions apply).
OEM Cat warranty is offered on the engine subject to OEM CAT dealer T&Cs.
