LJ-TSV6203-32 Aggregate Equipment - Screen, New 6'x20' Cedarapids Model LJ-TSV triple deck horizontal screen, S/N: TRXV6203JDUFG2074, equipped with a 40-HP electric motor drive and walkways around the sides and rear of the screen. Discharge chutes are AR lined in all wear area's of the all decks. Underbody conveyor is 48"wide x 33' long with rear discharge conveyor equipped with a 15 HP electric motor drive, LeRoy Somers 207 speed reducer, 12" diameter lagged head pulley and self cleaning tail pulley with 15" take-ups, 2 7/16" head and tail shafts, 20 degree "CEMA C" trough idlers, 3/16" x 1/16" belting @ 250 FPM belt speed. Drive, nip, pinch-rail and pulley guards. Two 24" x 12' cross conveyors with ability to discharge either direction and to extend 4' beyond the screen side. Cross conveyors have 5-HP electric motors drives, LeRoy Somers 203 reducers, 10" lagged head pulleys and 10" self-cleaning tail pulleys with 1-15/16 shafts, 12" takeups, 20 degree "CEMA C" trough idlers, and 3/16" x 1/16" belting, drive, nip, pinch-rail and pulley guards.
